On Site Strategy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This policy explains how On Site Strategy handles information through the tools we use to manage Facebook and Instagram content on behalf of our business and our clients.

Who we are

On Site Strategy ("OSS," "we," "us," or "our") is a content and social media management business based in Ulverstone, Tasmania, providing photography, videography, and social media strategy services to trades and construction businesses.

This policy covers our internal content management and publishing system, which connects to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that we manage on behalf of our business and our clients.

What this system does

We use an internal automation tool to plan, schedule, and publish content (photos, videos, and captions) to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that we or our clients own and manage. The tool also reads basic performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower counts — so we can report on how content is performing.

This is a business tool used by our team. It is not a consumer app, and members of the public do not log in or create accounts with it.

Information we access

  • Page and account content: posts, photos, and videos published to the connected Page or Instagram account, including captions and hashtags.
  • Performance and insights data: aggregate metrics such as reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, and follower counts.
  • Public engagement: publicly visible comments and reactions on posts we manage, where relevant to reporting or moderation.
  • Page administrator information: basic profile information of the Facebook user account that connects and authorises our tool to manage a given Page.

We do not collect personal information from Page visitors beyond what's publicly visible through normal engagement, and we don't use it for anything other than managing and reporting on the connected account.

How we store and process information

Data is processed using the following third-party services, each with their own security and privacy practices: Composio (API connector), n8n (workflow automation), Notion (content planning), Google Drive and Sheets (media storage and reporting), and Slack (internal notifications). Access is restricted to authorised OSS staff.

How long we keep information

Published content and performance metrics are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and reporting, or as required by law. You can ask us to stop accessing a connected Page at any time.

Data deletion

To have data associated with your Facebook Page or Instagram account removed from our systems, contact us below — we'll action reasonable requests within 30 days. You can also revoke this app's access at any time via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or the equivalent in Meta Business Suite.

Sharing of information

We don't sell information accessed through this system. It's shared only with the third-party providers listed above, and with Meta as the platform the content is published to.

Children's privacy

This tool is a business system for managing commercial Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts and is not directed at or knowingly used to collect information from children.

Your rights

If you're located in Australia, you may have rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles regarding personal information we hold about you, including the right to request access to or correction of it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
